What is Omakase?
Omakase (γγΎγγ) means “I leave it up to you.” It is a Japanese dining tradition where guests entrust the chef to create a multi-course meal that highlights the finest ingredients of the moment. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the chef’s expertise, creativity, and deep respect for seasonality.
At Pasquale Jones, we bring this spirit of omakase to our open-fire kitchen, reimagining it through our signature approach to Italian and seasonal cuisine. “Pizza Omakase” is a chef-led journey, blending technique with spontaneity to craft a six-course menu that evolves with the freshest market selections.
